PRESENTED BY ALEYCE SIMMONDS

It's not often that you’ll find Singer songwriter Brendan Nawrocki to far away from a guitar and with a debut album named “together with my guitar” it couldn’t be further from the truth and although he was born and raised in south east qld and proud of it he now calls Tamworth the country music capitol home .

Brendan discovered he had a passion for playing guitar at quite a young age and around that same time he was introduced to John Williamson which is where his love of country music all started.

Turning the clock forward Nawrocki played the covers gig scene for a number of years until he had written what he thought was a great list of songs and took them into the recording studio and came out with a fantastic debut album produced by Kevin Bennett (The Flood) which still to this day receives great reviews from first time listeners.

Brendan is graduate of the 2015 CMAA Academy of country music and it was from this that he took the advise from his great friend and mentor Karl Broadie that he had to start “showing up” and that he has certainly done.

Over recent years Nawrocki has been quite busy writing new material and is currently in the process of recording his long awaited second album. If the first single “Push me higher daddy" produced by Glen Hannah and Kevin Bennett is anything to go by then the album is certainly going to be an outstanding follow up to the debut. Brendan is currently out and about on the road at the moment on The Open Road Tour and is proud to be sharing his stories and songs with his audience as
“without the ears there is no voice”
