Some of her earliest childhood memories are of her Nan playing the piano and Pop on the piano accordion or guitar. They become her earliest influences, introducing her to the likes of Elvis, Patsy Cline, and Johnny Cash.
Sue-Anne received her first guitar at the age of 11 -- a gift from her father the first time they met. It was from this time that her interest in music began to blossom. Despite losing his hearing in a freak accident two years later, Sue-Anne's father continued sharing his musical knowledge with his daughter, nurturing her passion for songwriting and singing.
With her trademark smile and genuine enthusiasm for her craft, it's pretty clear to see that Sue-Anne is doing what she loves, and doing a fine job of it too.
Tune in again tomorrow to BalconyTV Sunshine Coast!
