PRESENTED BY CĂLINA CURTICĂPEAN

This is Oigăn. He’s been around for some time now... We know him from KUMM, Robin and The Backstabbers, Moon Museum and various other projects and collabs.

His musical journey started back in the 8th grade. Ever since a guy walked into his classroom and played a rock’n’roll song, he knew a big part of him would be forever at war with the planet’s silence. For seventeen years the greatest slice turned into everything KUMM, more recent, another slice is making contributions to the music of RATB. In 2009 he emptied all of his shelves and created “Sex with Onions” his first solo album. Another slice, graduatly growing, very close to his heart is building a Moon Museum.

6,6,6 is a stripped down version of one of Moon Museum’s new songs, part of their upcoming album. Stay tuned!

The name of the band has an interesting story. The “original” Moon Museum is a small ceramic wafer three-quarters of an inch by half an inch in size, containing artworks by six prominent artists from the late 1960s. The artists with works in the "museum" are Robert Rauschenberg, David Novros, John Chamberlain, Claes Oldenburg, Forrest Myers and Andy Warhol. This wafer was supposedly covertly attached to a leg of the Intrepid landing module, and subsequently left on the moon during Apollo 12. The moon museum is considered the first Space Art object.
