PRESENTED BY NIMROD KIPI HALBERTHAL

Youthful Tel Aviv quintet Bones Garage marry post-punk aesthetics with surf rock accentuations to create a luscious melodic sound that occasionally threatens to spin out of control.

Formed in 2014 when vocalist Ariel was recruited by the former members of the band Grey (who themselves had enjoyed some regional success), the new band wasted no time playing their first show just a few weeks after forming. They haven’t looked back since performing anywhere and everywhere possible, building a worldwide curiosity regarding their music and their powerful performance.

Don’t be fooled by the band’s relative young age, BG are unafraid to breach heavier topics referencing social justice, the plight of the modern man, basic human emotions, the strong friendship they have with one another and the evolving opinions they share about life in the middle east ;Dramatic, emotional and hard hitting; all combined to the ideal soundtrack for a post-apocalyptic party!

The band's debut international single “Birthmarks" is the first single from the band’s full length ‘Massacre/Dance’ released in 2015. The music video for this single also won the International Film Festival Manhattan.

The rumor of the young indie band making a new sound mixing influences from Slowdive, DIIV, Nick Cave & The Bad seeds, Beach Fossils and Mac Demarco start spreading in the local and international music scene. The band played as the open act for Timber Timbre at their Tel Aviv show and this current summer the band toured the UK also playing Glastonbury Festival and The Great Escape festival.
