Their jive and jazz sets spark with energy, and swagger with a little bit of punk on the side. Formed in 2003 for the Cork Jazz festival The Roaring Forties have continued to mesmerize and enrapture audience's all over Europe and the States, bringing back the fun and musical adventure of the bands that toured circa the era their name references. They have performed with The Jive Aces, Sharon Shannon Niamh Kavanah, Jon Kenny, Paddy Cole, and support the Drifters all over Ireland and Europe. A new Album is being printed at the moment and will be available by march 2012.
