Shubangi & The Maxons stand for straight beats blending with powerful vocals - atmospheric sounds mixed with grooves that will go straight to your legs!

For ten years now, singer Shubangi has been hitting the stages of clubs as well as festivals and hip hop jams throughout the whole republic. She electrifies the audience with her powerful soul voice and energetic performance. Together with her band, the Maxons, she creates a massive sound that WILL get your hips shaking. Punchy basslines, massive electric sounds and DJ beats spice up the whole mix even more.

After their most critically acclaimed debut in 2010, when they played as support act for British DJ and producer DJ Vadim, Shubangi & The Maxons hit the stages throughout North-Rhine-Westphalia. With their singe Jungle Queen they won the first price at the "Deutscher Rock & Pop Preis", one of Germanys most acknowledged Band-Contests.

Shubangi & The Maxons have lately been playing internationaly and are a member of the VW Soundfoundation Family.
