Hailing from the Sunshine Coast, Mitch Davis and The Dawn Chorus are a 5 piece rock set up casting there musical net over an broad range of genres. Renowned for there ability to cross seamlessly from Blues, roots, funk, jazz and grunge whilst staying true to their unique sound and stand out song writing. Out front, Mitch brings an onslaught of emotion stirring vocals and thought provoking lyrics, rounded out by the razor shape harmonies and infectious grooves of The Dawn Chorus. The boys are well on their way to making a huge mark on the Australian music scene through touring, festivals and radio play, also heading abroad with an American tour under there belt and plans to return in the coming year. Mitch Davis and the Dawn Chorus released there debut album "Letters from Ropeshoe" 2010 with great response and are looking to bring out another by the end of 2011. Late october will see the release of there multimedia single featuring Film clips, acoustic versions U.S tour footage and much more.
