Massad Barakat-Devine is 16 years old. Growing up, playing and performing music Massad has come across many different styles of music. Classical, Jazz, Pop, Rock, Musical Theatre, Electronic and more. Performing nationally and internationally Massad Barakat-Devine has now decided to become a solo singer/songwriter. Mixing ALL genres to get his unique and fresh sound. His debut album Long Story Short was released on December 16th 2009.
Each song that is written by Massad has a strong lyrical content. His music shares a great connection with teenagers and people who have put up with lots over the years. After performing in Christmas in the Park 2009 and Parachute Music Festival 2010 who knows what is next. He is due to release his next Album in mid 2010.
