With his independent EP A Kid on 4th available on iTunes and singles "Blinding Light" and "Easy Fit" already featured in MTV's Real World: Brooklyn, New York-based singer-songwriter Jerry Fuentes is currently carrying his guitar between the Northeast and Southwest in support of upcoming release and shows, including performances in NYC at Glasslands Gallery (Sept 9th) & Rockwood Music Hall (Sept 26th) and Jack's Patio Bar in San Antonio on September 10th, Dallas' City Tavern on the 11th (with former members of Deep Blue Something), and The Saxon Pub with Bob Schneider in Austin on the 13th.
As a San Antonio-bred musician, Jerry Fuentes understands the complexities that stem from urban living, while also harboring the ability to remind audiences of the endless internal struggle we all face as individuals. With an aura reminiscent of the folk revival heroes of the '50s, Jerry has been on the road playing such rooms as Rockwood Music Hall and The Bitter End in New York and The Saxon Pub in Austin. In 2008, Fuentes also embarked on a nationwide tour of Apple Retail Stores following the release of his debut solo EP.
