Her very sweet website bio written by Jazz " Hello World! My name is Jazz Ella Coogan, I'm 15 years old and singing is my life. I was born in Hornsby Hospital, Sydney on the 2nd of June, 1997. From the start I've always loved music, by the time I hit the age of 2 I was singing 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' and the Alphabet as well as more complicated songs like the national anthem. I taught myself how to play guitar in grade 6 and having a basic knowledge of how to play that instrument became a very helpful tool when I started writing my own songs at the age of 10. I now regularly write my own originals and in April 2012 produced my first debut CD myself featuring 5 of my acoustic originals. I'm hoping to enhance these songs and release a proper album after I return to Australia this year after competing at The World Championships of Performing Arts which I have been selected to represent Australia, in Los Angeles. This is a big opportunity and hopefully will help me gain a bit more experience and exposure to further my singing career.
I'm very passionate and hope to make it big in the music industry to share my love for music with the rest of the world."
