Erann debuted in the early 90s with the group Zapp Zapp and became the premier live band in Denmark within soul and funk styles. Erann teamed up with long time friend, Casper Hansen, a groove-oriented bass player. The two of them eventually formed Drori-Hansen Furniture. In the fall of 2000 Erann released his debut-solo album, Still Believing, under the artist name Erann DD. Erann's latest album, Byen Kalder (The City Calls) was released in 2009 and was his first album in Danish.
