DARK RADIO
The project with the code name Dark Radio was born on the year of 2010 by the hands of two good friends, Flavio Silva and Diogo Ferreira. After an initial phase trying to define their sound identity, they started the slow composition process of "Oakwind", their first official record.

In 2011 the urge to form a band led them to search for other band members that could commit to something so diffic
ultly uncertain that is a band, Ricardo Drumond joins the project and the chemistry was pure magic!

In October 2011, the recording sessions for "Oakwind" started in the Oakwind Studios, produced by Diogo Ferreira and Flávio Silva.

In 2012, after the production of Oakwind, guitarist Hélder Silva joins the band, allowing the formation of the "classic" Quartet.

In fact,the Dark Radio's first record production was the result of an intense research for an organic sound based on progressive rock. Dark Radio decided to produce, record, mix and master their own record with a frame in mind, never to hide in any circumstances their musical identity or sound versatility.
