Chris Tye marries delicate, gorgeous indie-folk with a city-dwelling, carefree romanticism.

Chris has recently completed the recording of his latest release 'Matchbox Stand' EP with Brighton's Tim Bidwell (Kate Walsh). A rich and varied collection of songs that signifies a huge stride forward in his career.

In 'Matchbox Stand' he has managed to create an EP that captures the beauty and charm of his live performances, as well as bringing a larger sound with more focused production to the table.

Chris has previously played with many notable acts including Amy Winehouse, Stephen Fretwell, Ben Howard and Teddy Thompson.
