Fernando Jagged is a Spanish songwriter with original songs written in English and Spanish who became musician during his stay in Dublin when he suffered the powerful influence of the city´s musical scene and felt inspired to start playing guitar and be part of the music making machine.
When Jagged returned to Spain he formed a band called LA MOTTA, recording several works in Spanish and developing a solo career with songs composed and written in the two languages, Spanish and English.

At the end of 2012 Jagged recorded a demo with 4 covers in a project with other guitar player named Mr. Moran, including some of the songs that they have been playing for almost two years in different venues of the south east of Spain in an acoustic show called HEROES which was paying tribute to the heroes of blues, rock and country rock music, from Johnny Cash and Bob Dylan to The Who and ACDC among others.

Now he has enough original songs to record his first solo album after the summer and some of those songs can be listened in his YouTube Channel which includes some videos recorded during his solo concerts.
In his songwriting and music style, he combines influences from past and current legends of songwriting as Lou Reed, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young, Eddie Vedder or Glen Hansard with inspirational sources coming from Spanish songwriters like Josele Santiago or Joaquin Sabina.
