BalconyTV supports The Life You Can Save

Stephen O'Regan - Founder of BalconyTV -

BalconyTV has all this positive energy around the world. We have over 200 production personal who are extremely energetic and self motivated people. Along with that we have artists traveling from all over to perform on our balcony locations. I believe the good vibes are the main reasons BalconyTV has survived this long.

Building on that energy, going forward I think there is a good opportunity to put BalconyTV to some more use by trying to bring attention to some chosen causes and charities.

We won't be too in your face about it; instead simply giving space in our videos and in our social media posts to the causes selected. If you have any suggestions for causes we should support you can [email protected]

To kick start things, BalconyTV is supporting www.TheLifeYouCanSave.Org . Founded by renowned philosopher Peter Singer, The Life You Can Save is trying to change the culture of giving in order to help those living in extreme poverty. Peter has argued in his book by the same name, that if we can provide immense benefit to others, while at minimum cost to ourselves, we should do it.

When thinking about donating to a charity or cause, its often difficult to know what the best ones to donate to are. TheLifeYouCanSave.Org lists the best ones for you to think about.

It's worth checking out.

We got a great quote from The Life You Can Save founder Peter Singer -

"Two things that contribute to our happiness -- good music and giving generously to help others."
