It's been a while since our last correspondence. We were going to

send you all a newsletter wishing you Happy Christmas, and a

Happy New Year, but we noticed our own email account being

divulged with mail, so we felt we better hold off to give you

some breathing space.


It's hard to believe it's 2010. I expected more flying cars,

hoverboards, and hydrateable pizzas:-)


We think 2010 is going to be an amazing year for music and with

that, BalconyTV. Already there are a number of great and nutty

developments...which you can read all about in this mail. We hope

you enjoy it.

HELP 'BALCONY TV' GO TO NUMBER 1

This really is a bit of a mad way to start the year.


Once upon a time, Balcony TV Dublin welcomed a singer songwriter

to play a song on the balcony. His name was Niall Boyle.


Niall enjoyed his Balcony experience so much that he decided to

write a song called 'Balcony TV' ! Not only that, but Niall

recorded the song, and to much fanfair released the song as

single with a big party in his home town of Drogheda last

weekend. (Yes we think he's slightly barmy too!)


Now Balcony TV is used to welcoming artists who are desperate to

sell CDs, singles, EPs, you name it. Now we know just how it

feels. We are hungry for chart success!


So baring in mind the chart deadline is Thursday midnight, we

need you all to buy the single, in order to beat the mighty

Boyzone to the top of the pops.


(That's some good campaigning right there!)


So if your in Ireland, you can download 'Balcony TV' by Niall

Boyle from downloadmusic.ie by texting 'music 4279' to 57501.

Make sure you download the song, or your purchase wont register.

Then tell your friends...and get them to tell their friends...and

so on and so forth...


For those outside Ireland who are just as curious...Balcony TV is

available on ITunes.

BalconyTV had it's 9 Millionth Video View on Christmas Day, which

was nice timing.


We expect to hit the magical 10 Million Video View very soon:-)


When that happens we'll shout all about it.
